  Shipping and Handling
  Our goal is to promptly ship your order to you.  All domestic orders received before 12:00 p.m. Monday – Friday will be shipped within two business days.  If your entire order is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified.  Charges for shipping and handling as your items are shipped.  Periodically, there may be a delay for other circumstances (office closings, holidays, etc.).  Orders received on these days will ship the next day and you will be notified of the delay.
  
  Return Policy
  Xoilla will accept approved and valid returns or exchanges on unused merchandise within 14 days of original purchase.  Please contact us immediately at info@xoilla.com or via phone at 917.546.0854 to request a return authorization.  Once receiving the authorization, the item should be promptly returned, following the directions provided during the return authorization process.  If your exchange is out of stock or on back order, a refund or store credit will be issued (excluding shipping and handling).  PLEASE NOTE:  Returned items sent without proper return authorization will not be accepted.
