1. Do you hand deliver your gift bundles?
Yes, Xoilla's gift bundles can be hand delivered to locations within the New York City area for an additional delivery fee.
2. Where do you ship your bundles?
Xoilla ships to all 50 states using UPS & USPS. Currently, we do NOT ship to other locations or PO boxes.
3. Do you offer gift bundles for fish, reptiles, or other animals?
Xoilla specializes in products for dogs and cats. Therefore we do not offer items for other types of animals. Please note: Cat bundles are available as a custom design. Contact us at for more information.
4. I am interested in having a birthday party for my pet. How do I arrange that?
